• Must provide 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, 50% of the services scheduled will be charged to the card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS. • No shows will be charged 50% of the services scheduled to the card on file and must prepay for any following appointments. •If you’re more then 10 minutes late, your appointment time will be forfeited and your card will be charged 50% of the services booked. For gift cards/Packages: Card will be charged immediately after appointment is booked. Gift cards are non refundable. Gift cards/vouchers cannot be stacked together. Limit one voucher per appointment. Vouchers expire July 1, 2024
